Are additional costs incurred when concluding the purchase contract?
No, we have no contractual additional fees! If you decide to buy a car from Auto Rau GmbH, you will not incur any additional costs.
Are the prices including all taxes?
Our advertised sales prices include all taxes and duties (VAT, NoVa, CO² taxes, etc.)
Are the prices negotiable?
Due to the tight calculation of our sales prices, we ask for your understanding that these prices are FIXED. We ask to refrain from price inquiries of any kind via email or telephone.
Do the vehicles have additional tires?
Any additional tires on our used and young vehicles vary depending on the delivery to us. Please inform yourself with our sales consultant. In case of non-existence we help you with the organization at best conditions.
When can I see a vehicle?
Our sales consultants are onsite every Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 and on Saturday 8:00-12:00. The sales area is also open outside the opening hours for you to visit. We are happy to answer your questions by phone.
Is a test drive possible at any time?
If you have a specific interest in buying one of our vehicles, a test drive is of course possible, provided that a test drive license plate is available (please call ahead)
Is there a possibility finance the desired vehicle?
Of course, we are happy to offer you the appropriate financing (leasing or credit) as part of your car purchase. Our sales consultants make every effort to tailor the financing option to your needs as best as possible.
What do I need for a financing offer?
For this we only need your photo ID and a proof of income (last 2-3 payslip)
Where do your import vehicles come from?
Most of our vehicles are leasing returns from Germany and the entire EU. Partly, there are very interesting opportunities and you benefit from our low surcharge calculation.
Do you exchange vehicles?
We are tempted, if necessary, to exchange your vehicle at market prices. We are happy to offer you the commission sale of your vehicle as an alternative.
Do you deliver vehicles?
We cooperate with the local transport company “Julian Hinteregger – transport company”! If you wish to receive your purchased car, please contact our sales consultants for a corresponding offer.
Is a direct take-along at the time of purchase possible?
In case of direct payment of the purchased car nothing is against picking up directly. Nevertheless, we always recommend to contact the sales consultant in advance to check the availability of transfer marks and the entire vehicle documents.
